1. If we have your item in stock in one of our stores we will dispatch your iems next working day.
   
   
2. If we do not have your item in stock in one of our stores. We will order it for you, and dispatch it as soon as it arrives at one of our stores. this is normally 3 working days.
3. If you have placed an order for a custom printed / personalized item please allow 5 to 7 days, as all items are printed on demand.

You can return any faulty product if it is damaged or not as described, within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please note you will need to contact us via email to request a RMA number before you can return any item to us.
We do not accept returns of any custom-printed or personalized items.

You can set the shipping address if different to the billing address in your account section within the checkout process.
We however do like to ship to the billing address for security reasons.

We will supply you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.
We send out all our items signed for tracking unless you opt for just 1st class royal mail postage, during the checkout process

We mainly only ship to the UK .
But if you are looking at ordering any of our products, then please contact us first for the shipping cost for the items to be shipped to your location.

We always try and send out orders in one shipment to save on shipping costs.
it we do not have any of the items you have ordered in stock. We will contact you to see if you would like the in-stock items shipping or would like to put the order on hold until all your items are in stock to ship as one.
