pinkpigprint.com may, but are under no obligation to, honour requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, pinkpigprint.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. pinkpigprint.com recommends that you contact the support team for your ISP provider, as pinkpigprint.com ensures that our downloadable products can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, network or internet service providers;
Irreparable defects with any downloadable products: Although all the digital products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team so they can look into any issue and for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screenshots or artwork proofs) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Artwork / Design Service: Again request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. PLEASE ALWAYS check artwork or proof images. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, all customers are encouraged to check all designs and artwork proofs before the final order is placed. ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screenshots or artwork proofs) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Please note we do not check your design if you have used the online product designer or you have submitted your own artwork that id to be printed / transfer by some process to a product. (this is your responsibility).
We do offer a proofing service if you would like it (see our services section for more information or you will find the link in some of the product descriptions).
Custom Printed Products: Pinkpigprint will NOT and CANNOT be held responsible for any product that has been ordered that as custom print and as gone through the print process. that as an error in the design that has been printed on the product, if it is a design you have supplied for print. or if you have supplied the information for print and it is incorrect. ie you get a name or date incorrect (not just limited to this ).
This applies to ALL custom printed personalised items/products,
We will not give a refund or replace any customised item.
Faulty product: For any product that is faulty or is not fit for purpose or as described on pinkpigprint.com we will endeavour to replace the item or refund you.
If for some reason the custom print is incorrect and we have not printed the items as in the proof you will have been sent and approved we will always replace the item or give a full refund.
To return any item please see our returns policy as you will need an RMA number before you can send an item back
