Our Returns Information
Here at PinkPigPrint we do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience however occasionally you may need to return an item.
Before you can send the item/s back to us you will need a valid RMA number (we will NOT accept any items retuned to us that has not got a valid RMA number on the package).

What can you return:-
You can ask to return any item that is not fit for purpose, is not as described on our website, Is not the item you placed the order for, has been printed incorrectly by us PinkPigPrint
What you Can Not Return:-
You cannot return any personalised items. Any item that has been printed with a custom design or image as no monitory value to us, as we cannot resell any item that has been custom printed. we cannot put the item back into stock for resale.
Please not that we will not be held responsible for the artwork you send in for printing onto the items you have ordered Please check and re check your design; we cannot change or reprint on items that have errors. So are classed as none returnable.
We will not be responsible for the return postage of items if it is not an error on our behalf.
With regards to faulty items. If you need to return goods claiming they are defective, please take a photo of the item before requesting an RMA number to return the items and email it to us with a description of the damage or fault. Upon the retuned item arriving,we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 7 to 14 days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
We will always use the same method to make your refund as was used by you to pay for your order.
