Our Complaints Procedure
We always aim is to satisfy all of our customers’ orders and needs as efficiently as we can. After all we do not want our products back! we won’t our customers to keep coming back.
But we do realise that sometimes things may go wrong. If they do we will make every effort to put them right as soon as possible.
If you have a complaint about any part og our business or products, please email us at email@example.com . All complaints will be handled quickly confidentially and we will acknowledge your correspondence within 1 working day (24 hours) by email or phone (please ensure we have your email, order number and/or telephone details so we can contact you).
We will always advise you how long it will take to resolve your issue. We will assign you a person who will handle your complain form first contact through to the outcome. This person will keep you informed at all times throughout the process.
